The frequency of pregnancy and its effect

Women who are pregnant with a very short interval have a high risk to face problems such as premature birth, the baby is too small and the baby died during the birth process. Dr. Gordion Smith of Cambridge University, London, says that the pregnancy interval is too short will cause the mother has a very short time to restore the uterus. 

According to Dr, Adilah Ahmad, a Specialist of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Hospital Pusrawi, Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur said that, the mother should plan the next pregnancy after uterine health status has complete return. Studies shows that pregnancy within six months after birth process has double the risk of premature babies is born within 24 to 32 weeks gestation. It is also one of the factors contributing to infant died at birth.

Self-care during menstruation

Today I want to share about self-care during menstruation.

During the period you should avoid eating pineapple, guava, chicken, beef, and those things that is cool in nature such as  papaya, spinach, kale and coconut water. If you still want to eat guava, avoid the items in the middle of the fruit that contain seeds.The contents of this part can cause air in the body which can cause pain.

During the period,try to avoid drinking caffeinated beverages like coffee and Nescafe. Eat less seafood meals. Should also avoid the cold water bath.  

During the menstruation, it is good to drink ginger drink because in can reduce air in the body  and ease the blood flow.

Preparation of ginger broth

Take the old ginger and boil it with two or three liters of water. The amount of ginger is around half of the boil container. Combine palm sugar, a little sugar, pandan, a fragrant grass and  two teaspoon of halba cumin.  Drink it daily to get the best result.

If I have iPad Appliations from Maxis, I want it to be user friendly.  I want to make all my email easier to reach.  By one touch, I can read email from all email services such as from gmail, yahoo mail, window messenger mail, Lycos mail etc.  It is very important to me especially if I want to check email form Nuffnang including from chup-chup because from there I know about any assignment assign to me and also any Nuffnang update, besides reading it from Nuffnag webpage. 

I also want it to be blog friendly because I am a serious blogger and if can, I don't want any obstacle to read or update my blog whenever I want to and where ever I go.  I also want it to be internet friendly so that I can surf the internet to find information that I need.  I need the wifi +3G applications.  For that purpose of course I need Maxis Broadband service that has a wide internet coverage which can be used while me at home or somewhere else.  Wifi facilities is also very important if incase my broadband has no coverage.

  3. bloody urine, bleeding in the respiratory system and the period is too long - practice drinking boiled water lily tubers twice daily before meals.
  4. ringworm - practiced drinking boiled water lotus petals.
  5. "keputihan" - practice drinking of lotus seed boiled water.

Menstrual cramps

As a person ages the epidermal cells become thinner and less sticky. The thinner cells make the skin look noticeably thinner. Trying to loss weight and stay healty

When I was 26 years old my weight was 55 to 57 kilograms. Now I'm 39 and my weight is 70 kilograms (weighted on 20 November 2010).  My height is 160 centimeter. It is overweight. Oh my god, what should I do to reduce weight and achieve the ideal one??

What come to my mind in few years back was exercise and reduce food taken. I did aerobic exercise before by following aerobic CD about 2 to 3 times a week. I did lost weight but not much which was about 2 to 3 kgs, and the weight keep comes back to what it was before. Sometimes I skipping my breakfast. The negative impact was I've become weaker and weaker each day but I still not get the ideal weight that I dream off.
