Benefits of Goat's Milk

Most of us are more like cow's milk than goat's milk. Most of the milk for infants and children are also made from cow's milk. However, did you know that goat milk contains more nutrients than cow's milk? It can also be consumed by all age groups of newly born babies, children and adults.

  1. Goat milk is a second best after the mother's milk for goat milk is almost equal to breast milk. It contains a complete nutrition for your baby that it contains protein, minerals such as calcium, potassium, vitamins such as vitamin A, B1, B2, B5 and immunization materials for the human body.
  2. It is easier to digest - it is more easily digested than cow's milk. Goat milk only takes 20 minutes to digest than cow's milk which requires two hours to digest.
  3. To overcome allergy to cow's milk - some child cannot consume cow's milk because of allergies to lactose in the milk cow milk. Most of the parents is switching to soy-based milk formula. Actually, they can also use goat's milk-based infant formula because it was more nutritious than soy-based milk.    
  4. Good for asthma patients - children and adults with asthma are encouraged to drink goat milk because it can strengthen the immune system of the lungs.
  5. To treat yellow fever (jaundice) - goat milk contains antibodies that can be used to cure various diseases. It is also suitable to be given to babies who have jaundice because it was effective to treat and it was also recognized by health experts.
  6. Protein and calcium content in milk goats were 2.1 times more than cow's milk and vitamins are the content is 3.8 times more than cow's milk.
