Strengthening the nails

Especially to those who love keeping long nails and generally to all who have nails (everybody have it), this tips are for strengthening the nails and to make them healthy. The trick is, take a piece of garlic and remove skin, cut the garlic and rub it on the nail as frequent as possible. At least once a day. This method is able to strengthen the nail structure for it to be stronger and not easily broken. It can also make the nails clean and healthy glow.
