Tips to overcome inherent food during frying

Sometimes when we are frying fish or chicken, the fish or the chicken are stiking to the pan. As a result the fish or chicken did not looks nice because the meat is torn during the frying process. 

The tip to overcome the problem is before frying, after putting in the oil  inside the pan, cut two or three red onion and add to the pan. Let it frying for a while. When oil is hot, fry fish or chicken at normal range. Let the onions in the pan until the completion of frying.
