How to eliminate / reduce the odor out of sorts during the menstrual

Ok, today I will continue a little more information about self-care during menstruation. Some women experience menstrual blood smells. This situation certainly uncomfortable and restrict social and daily activities. Here I will share tips to reduce the odor of sorts.

The first rule is to take 'jadam' of your thumb siza and grind in a stone mortar. Mix with a little plain water. Mix well with a little tamarind juice. Strain and drink three days of practice in a row.

The second rule , when the menstrual period try to avoid or eat less meat and poultry because it will lead to menstrual blood and smelled fishy.

The third rule , clean the intimate with boiled water mixed with betel leaf and cumin coarse salt with a boiled water, make it cool to room temperature and clean the intimate place with it. If you have time, "bertangas" is  also good to be practice on the sixth, seventh and eighth days of the menstrual period.
